Settle everything in advance

The purchase order process
1. Select the number of people and receive one e-ticket for the entire group you are traveling with
2. Enter your personal details
3. Pay by IDEAL or Creditcard
4. A confirmation of your order is sent to you by email. Attention: your e-ticket is sent to you in a second email once payment has been received. If you have not received an e-ticket within two hours of the transaction, check if the money has been debited from your account. Also, check your spambox. If you have not received an e-ticket, but your money has been debited, then contact haven@waterbus.nl and mention your reference number.
