UNESCO World Heritage Kinderdijk
Waterbus may well be the best means of transport to travel to UNESCO World Heritage Kinderdijk. In summer season it will only take you half an hour to get from Rotterdam or Dordrecht to the entrance of this world famous mill park. This is faster than going by car.
At Kinderdijk you can admire the world's largest mill network. Kinderdijk has been on the UNESCO World Heritage list since 1997. Per year thousands of tourists from all over the world travel to the World Heritage site in Alblasserwaard. And all year round it is best to travel there by water.
Before you embark on your journey, please Download the Kinderdijk UNESCO Official app. In this app, among others, you find several Waterbus routes with information about the spots you pass on your journey.
